Return and warranty conditions REfurbished climbing shoes

What does refurbished mean?

Our climbing shoes are:

• Circular products (previously owned)
• Carefully inspected and technically checked
• Resoled or repaired if needed
• Hygienically cleaned

Warranty

We guarantee your shoes are delivered in fully functional condition. If a defect occurs within 6 months due to hidden issues or repair errors, we will fix it free of charge.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including from intensive use
• Damage from incorrect use or maintenance
• Damage from repairs or modifications not done by Renew Rubber
• Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance or safety

How to return for warranty

1. Bring your shoes to the climbing gym where you purchased them and attach a carabiner with numbers through the loopholes in the back to pair the shoes. 
2. Email admin@renewrubber.nl with the tag number and include clear photos of the damage.
3. The shoes will be inspected and repaired if possible.
4. If repair isn’t possible, you’ll get a comparable refurbished pair or a suitable alternative.

General return policy

• You can exchange or return shoes within 14 days if unworn and with proof of purchase, at the gym where you bought them.

Note: returns and warranty claims can only be handled through the climbing gym where you bought your shoes.

Transparency

These are refurbished shoes restored by Renew Rubber. The original brand is not involved in the refurbishing and is not liable for the refurbished product.
